Meeting/Event Information

Breakfast will start at 8 AM. Coffee & donuts will be provided by Guy Engineering! 

Tee-off starts at 9 AM, which includes golf cart pickups and getting checked in at registration. 

We will have several amazing raffles this year, which include: Designer glasses, meat bundle, and "Reel Good Time Guide Service" fishing excursion for 3 people. Raffle tickets are $1.00/ticket 

Lunch will be provided by Chapter 33, Encompass Services and Valbridge will be on the beverage carts this year and will have refreshments available! WSB and Twisted Land will have tents this year with refreshments, games, and swag. Pinnacle will be sponsoring holes. We cannot wait to see everyone next week, sponsorships are still available for purchase!!! 

Get REGISTERED & PAID before September 21st to avoid late fees of $35.00. As of 9/22/26, we have two teams still available for purchase, to avoid the late fee, please contact Jason Mock by 9/24/26 to reserve the final two teams!
